Member Support Representative; Temporary Part-Time); Fully Remote

• Deliver empathetic and efficient live support for member inquiries across phone and digital channels.
• Accurately document interactions and navigate knowledge bases to provide immediate solutions.

• Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound member inquiries and resolve issues on the spot.
• Perform real-time eligibility checks and assist with troubleshooting platform and account problems.
• Collaborate with peers and external vendors to manage incentive offerings.

• A strong communicator who adjusts style to fit various situations.
• A disciplined self-motivator who stays focused in a remote environment.
• Resilient and quick to adapt to changes in workflows and processes.

• Prior remote experience in a call-center environment (preferred).
• Ability to communicate complex information concisely.
• Experience with sensitive data (PII/PHI) and a basic understanding of HIPAA.
