• Research accommodations, cruises, transportation, and activities
• Compare availability, pricing, amenities, and booking policies
• Explain reservation options and next steps clearly
• Coordinate booking details with suppliers and service providers
• Verify guest names, dates, itineraries, and confirmation information
• Assist with reservation modifications and special requests
• Maintain organized client notes and booking records
• Follow up on outstanding questions and confirmations
• Participate in training on booking resources and supplier options
