Wolt is hiring for a fully remote customer support role focused on live chat for end users, merchant partners, and couriers in the Czech–Slovak market. The position is shift-based and starts in October 2026, with one day on-site training in Bratislava.
You will handle high volumes of chats, assist partners with operational issues, and contribute to scaling the support function across the team. Remote work is offered after training, with mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts, within 7:00–1:00
