New York Psychotherapy and Counseling Center (NYPCC) is seeking a fully remote Call Center Representative to handle high-volume inbound calls, schedule appointments, and triage client inquiries with empathy and accuracy. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, 1–2 years in a fast-paced office, and proficiency in MS Office.
Training will occur at the Bronx clinic for 45–60 days before transitioning to a fully remote position.
