Full-time, 40 hrs/week. Assigned 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM-7:00 PM CST. Training is Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST for 4-6 weeks (camera required). Pay: $20.00/hr

Summary Now hiring a Care Coordinator for a remote patient support role. This Care Coordinator position supports patient journey updates, referral/application processing, and outbound follow-up calls while documenting in CRM and proprietary software. Strong fit for call center representatives, patient service specialists, or healthcare customer service professionals with strong typing and multitasking skills.

• Process referrals and applications in a centralized CRM platform
• Support patients with status updates, next steps, and issue resolution
• Document calls accurately while speaking with patients/providers
• Place outbound calls for follow-ups and confirmations
• Maintain quality standards, empathy, and clear communication
• Use video conferencing tools (Teams/Zoom) as required

• High School Diploma/GED (required)
• 2-4 years customer-facing/call center experience (preferred)
• Typing speed 40 WPM+ and strong data entry accuracy
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; comfort navigating multiple systems
• Professional phone presence and patient-first communication
• Remote readiness: quiet private workspace; hardwired broadband internet required
