Member & Provider Services Representative; Fully Remote

• Deliver empathetic and professional customer service via phone and email, resolving member and provider inquiries.
• Accurately explain benefits, claims, eligibility, billing, networks, and prescriptions, and document all interactions in the CRM.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors for seamless resolution, and maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using electronic systems, multitasking, and maintaining a structured schedule.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in health insurance or healthcare, familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Active Health Insurance Producer License or willingness to obtain, experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or Marketplace plans.
• Fully remote role requiring a quiet workspace and reliable internet.
