As a Remote Client Service Representative
, you'll work with clients who have requested information about their supplemental benefits and coverage options. Through virtual appointments, you'll educate clients, answer questions, and provide outstanding customer service while building lasting relationships.

Whether you're beginning a new career or bringing experience from customer service, healthcare, retail, hospitality, education, banking, or sales, we'll provide the comprehensive training, mentorship, and leadership development needed to help you succeed.

No prior insurance experience is required—we'll teach you everything you need to know.

As a Remote Client Service Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients by providing education, guidance, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities include:

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and scheduled phone appointments
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships through exceptional customer service
• Answer questions regarding supplemental benefits and available coverage options
• Review existing policies and explain available solutions
• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and benefit updates
• Schedule follow-up appointments and maintain ongoing communication
• Maintain organized electronic client records and documentation
• Resolve client questions with professionalism and empathy
• Deliver a positive experience during every client interaction
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure outstanding service
