This is a 1099 independent-contractor opportunity , not a traditional employee position. Available programs, schedules, requirements, and contract rates vary.

Depending on your qualifications, location, availability, and current program openings, you may be able to explore opportunities involving:

• Roadside assistance
• Travel and reservations
• Sales and customer care
• Additional remote-support programs

Responsibilities vary by client program and may include:

• Answering inbound customer calls
• Assisting customers with questions and account needs
• Processing service requests or transactions
• Coordinating roadside or other service assistance
• Providing scheduling or reservation support
• Documenting customer interactions accurately
• Delivering professional, solution-focused support

Applicants should have:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer and typing proficiency

• Quiet, distraction-free workspace
• Reliable high-speed internet

A compatible Windows 11 computer and additional equipment may be required before servicing, depending on the selected program.
