Resale Compliance Representative; Fully Remote

• Ensure compliance with state requirements for resale certificates, process renewals, and maintain knowledge of forms.
• Monitor incoming faxes and emails, route to appropriate personnel, and complete customer updates within 24 hours.
• Assist with resale issues and renewals, meet monthly deadlines, and update customer software systems accurately.

Qualifications:

• Some customer service experience preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proven track record of outstanding customer service and excellent attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly wage varies by location, ranging from $18.32 to $25.00, plus annual discretionary bonus up to 5%.
• Paid time off accrues up to 112 hours per year, plus 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day.
