Location: Indianapolis
- Provide non-voice support via email and chat to Spotify users.
- Handle common how-to and FAQ questions.
- Assist with account and payment-related issues.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French (C1) and English (C1).
- Valid EU work permit to work in Bulgaria.
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends.
- Fully remote training and work from anywhere in Bulgaria.
