Member Support Specialist; Fully Remote

• Serve as the first point of contact for members, clients, or customers.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, text messages, and emails.

Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and manage customer cases within company systems.
• Document all interactions accurately and follow compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and active listening skills.
• Proficiency with CRM, case management, or customer support systems.
• Starting pay of $14/hr plus shift differential for nights and weekends.
• Full time 40 hours with paid training and benefit eligibility after 60 days.
