- This is a customer-facing role at an early-stage AI recruiting platform.
- You will own the post-sale relationship with hiring teams across a growing portfolio of customers.
- Onboard new customers and guide them through the platform to drive adoption and success.
- Manage relationships, resolve issues, and track customer health metrics to identify at-risk accounts.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and maintain CRM records.
- 1+ years in customer success, account management, or a customer-facing role.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and support tools like Salesforce, Hub Spot, or Zendesk.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
SaaS background is a plus.
Location:
- Monthly salary of $1,200 to $1,800 USD.
- Remote role based in San Francisco, CA; visa sponsorship is not available.
