EngageCX, Inc. is seeking a Call Center Agent to be the first friendly voice callers hear about Medicare plan benefits. This inbound-only, 1099/contract role requires no license or sales and runs through mid-December. You’ll collect basic information and transfer eligible callers to a licensed Medicare agent.
Shifts are 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET with flexible options as we head into AEP. A remote, work-from-home setup with a reliable internet connection is required; 22 states are eligible for hire.
