Overview
We are seeking friendly, dependable individuals to join our team as Remote Vacation Coordinators. In this role, you will assist clients with trip planning, booking coordination, supplier communication, and travel documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, enjoys helping people, and is comfortable working remotely using online platforms and communication tools.

• Help clients coordinate vacation plans, including resorts, cruises, theme park packages, transportation, and excursions
• Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options based on client preferences and budgets
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm availability, pricing, reservation details, and travel policies
• Guide clients through the booking process and review reservation details for accuracy
• Respond to client questions by phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Keep organized records of client information, bookings, and travel documents
• Follow company procedures and maintain high standards of customer service
• Track upcoming travel dates and assist with changes or updates as needed

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks at once
• Careful attention to detail when working with client and booking information
• Comfortable using computers, online systems, and digital communication tools
• Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
• Reliable internet connection
• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in your location
• Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, administration, or travel is a plus but not required
