Responsibilities- Respond to client questions by phone, email, and digital messaging
- Gather client preferences, dates, and reservation needs
- Research accommodations, cruises, transportation, and activities
- Explain available options, booking policies, and next steps
- Coordinate client requests with suppliers and service providers
- Provide reservation confirmations and timely updates
- Assist with changes, adjustments, and special requests
- Maintain accurate records of client communications
- Follow up on outstanding questions and booking details
- Participate in training to stay informed about booking resources
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable researching information online
- Basic proficiency with web browsers, email, and spreadsheets
- Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines
- Reliable internet access and a suitable home workspace
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is helpful but not required
- Flexible remote work environment
