Dave is a virtual-first fintech company in the United States seeking a Senior Member Experience Manager to own the Voice of Customer program and translate member signals into actionable business cases. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to drive decisions that improve retention, engagement, and revenue.
You’ll lead cross-functional advocacy for the member experience, regularly testing Dave products and driving data-backed insights to shape strategy.
