1st Choice Ambulette is the leading non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) provider in New York. We're committed to providing exceptional service to our customers and are looking for a dedicated customer service representative to join our team.

We're seeking a skilled and friendly Remote Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls from our customers. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.

• Answer inbound phone calls from customers
• Book transportation trips
• Provide estimated time of arrival (ETA) information
• Address customer inquiries and concerns
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
• Collaborate with dispatch and drivers to ensure efficient service

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in computer use and data entry
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology and NEMT a plus

• Personal computer with reliable internet connection
• Headset for clear audio communication

• Monday to Friday
• Core hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST (minimum)
• Possibility for flexible shifts, including later hours (e.g., 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST)
• 100% remote position - can be located anywhere in the United States
