Customer Service; Fully Remote

• Serve as the initial point of contact for customers seeking financial guidance.
• Triage inbound calls and place prospects with financial planning and retirement planning advisors.
• Operate in a remote call center environment with varied shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Handle calls from new customer prospects and introduce the Advice Center.
• Guide customers through the Transamerica experience and create profiles to assess needs.
• Schedule appointments and facilitate two-way communication with advisors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, listening, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office products.
