Five Star Solutions is seeking a Member Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for members and clients. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to texts and emails, manage cases, and document interactions to ensure a positive customer experience.
This is a remote position for residents across the United States, with hours 8:00am-7:00pm CST, Monday to Friday. Starting pay is $14/hr with a $1/hr night/weekend differential, and paid training is provided.
