Location: New York
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of Customer Success Professionals, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Support CSMs by understanding their strengths, goals, and accounts, and share experience in executing renewals, expansions, and upsells.
- Analyze customer data and health trends to proactively mitigate churn and identify growth opportunities.
We'd Like You To Have:
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success and 2+ years managing a team of customer success professionals.
- Sharp analytical skills and a deep understanding of customer success best practices in the technology industry.
- Proficiency in customer success platforms and CRM systems, with experience in Gainsight, Planhat, or Hubspot a plus.
