- You'll join the Client Success Management team focusing on B2A documentation and audits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage B2A creation, accuracy audits, compliance tracking, and asset organization.
- Audit recurring CSM administrative tasks and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain scorecards and support Salesforce reports and risk analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 1-2 years in analytical, customer service, or admin roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, communication, and time management.
