Nurture, a Pushpay company, is hiring its first dedicated Customer Success Manager to partner with the Head of Customer Experience. The role starts with onboarding and administration and grows into a strategic partner shaping how Nurture serves churches at scale.
You will travel for in-person trainings, join sales calls and onboarding, manage ongoing relationships with ~50 churches, and help document processes to scale the customer experience function across Pushpay’s ecosystem.
