We're seeking a Service Operations Associate to support day to day client service and coordination activities within a travel focused environment. This role is centered around organization, communication, research, and making sure important details are handled accurately and efficiently.

• Assist with coordinating client requests and service needs
• Organize schedules, records, and important trip information
• Research travel related options and resources
• Communicate with clients and industry partners
• Monitor updates, confirmations, and changes
• Help maintain accurate and organized information
• Assist with resolving routine questions and requests
• Support smooth day to day service operations
