Virginia Tax’s Office of Customer and Tax Services is seeking Customer Service Associates to assist taxpayers, businesses and their representatives by telephone. The Contact Center is the first contact for agency customer service and requires professionalism and quick learning in a fast-paced environment.
These are full‑time roles with 8‑hour shifts, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:15pm ET. Positions are remote/home‑based once trained, with training lasting 10–12 weeks.
