Do you enjoy researching destinations, comparing travel options, and helping people put together memorable trips? We're looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our travel team in a flexible remote capacity.
This role is centered around helping travelers move from the initial planning stage to a well-organized trip. You'll work with travel information, client preferences, reservations, and destination details while developing your knowledge of the travel industry.
Your Day-to-Day May Include- Learning about a traveler's destination, dates, and preferences
- Exploring lodging, cruise, transportation, and activity options
- Comparing available travel arrangements
- Organizing trip information into easy-to-follow itineraries
- Checking reservation information and important travel details
- Responding to client questions and requests
- Helping with changes or updates to existing travel plans
- Researching destinations and keeping up with travel information
- Maintaining accurate records and organized trip documentation
- Enjoy researching and finding solutions
- Pay close attention to details
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Are comfortable learning independently
- Can stay organized while handling several tasks
- Have basic computer and internet skills
- Enjoy working with people and providing helpful service
- Are interested in learning more about the travel industry
Experience in the travel industry is not necessary. Training and educational resources are available, along with guidance as you become familiar with the travel-planning process and available systems.
