As a Remote Client Solutions Specialist
, you'll meet virtually with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, provide information about available benefits, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Your success will depend on your ability to listen, communicate clearly, build trust, and provide an exceptional client experience.

You'll also have access to ongoing coaching and professional development designed to strengthen your customer service, communication, sales, and leadership skills.

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with individuals and families seeking information about available benefits
• Build strong client relationships through professional, personalized service
• Ask questions to understand client needs, priorities, and concerns
• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
• Explain products and services clearly and accurately
• Provide solutions based on individual client needs
• Assist clients throughout the application and enrollment process
• Provide ongoing service and follow-up after enrollment
• Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation

• Participate in structured virtual onboarding and training
• Attend weekly coaching and development sessions
• Receive mentorship from experienced leaders
• Develop communication, customer service, and relationship-management skills
