We're looking for a Travel Support Specialist to guide clients through their complete travel journey, from booking through post-trip follow-up. You'll manage reservations, handle client communications, and ensure every detail is perfect — all from your remote workspace.

• Support clients from initial booking through post-travel follow-up
• Process reservations, changes, cancellations, and special requests
• Communicate professionally via email, phone, and online platforms
• Research travel options and destinations based on client preferences
• Maintain accurate, organized records of all bookings and client information
• Provide proactive check-ins to ensure client satisfaction
• Use systems and tools to coordinate multiple trips seamlessly
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Customer service or travel industry experience is a plus
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and deadline-focused
• Quick to learn new digital tools and booking platforms

• Fully remote work: set your own hours (flexible, 20-40+ hours/week)
• $50,000 - $60,000/year
