Customer Service Representative Spanish Bilingual; Fully Remote

• We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Insurance Call Center team.
• You will handle inbound calls and assist AAA members with their insurance and membership needs.

• Answer calls, resolve issues, and recommend products.
• Navigate multiple systems while providing personalized service.
• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Need:

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work from home with dedicated quiet space and internet.
