• Hosting virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
• Educating individuals and families on personalized supplemental benefit options
• Guiding clients through enrollment with professionalism and clarity
• Keeping digital documentation accurate and following up consistently
• Delivering consistently high-quality, client-first service
• Growing through mentorship, training, and professional development
• Nurturing long-term relationships with clients

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and independent
• Comfortable with virtual meetings and digital tools
• Driven by helping others and being part of a mission-driven team
• Customer service or consultative experience helpful, not required
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable internet connection plus a Windows laptop/PC with webcam
