Join Our Team as a Client Travel Coordinator — Remote, Flexible, and Rewarding
We're expanding and looking for a Client Travel Coordinator to manage client travel arrangements, coordinate bookings, and ensure every trip runs smoothly. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours and full support from day one.

What You'll Do- Coordinate all aspects of client travel planning and reservations
- Manage flight, hotel, cruise, and package bookings
- Create and maintain detailed, organized travel itineraries
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and confirm arrangements
- Track bookings and ensure all details are accurate before travel
- Provide support and updates throughout the travel planning process
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all client interactions
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Detail-focused and committed to customer satisfaction
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Adaptable and comfortable learning new booking platforms and tools
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
- 100% remote work with flexible scheduling (20-40+ hours/week)
- $50,000 - $60,000/year
