We are seeking a WFH Medical Customer Service Representative for a full-time, direct hire opportunity supporting customers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers with prescription benefit questions. Key Responsibilities- Handle approximately 60 to 80 inbound customer service calls daily in a professional, accurate, and helpful manner.
- Assist customers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers with prescription benefits, eligibility, coverage, claims, authorizations, billing, payments, and medication delivery questions.
- Research and resolve customer concerns using multiple computer systems, internal tools, and available resources.
- Accurately document customer interactions, updates, case details, and resolutions.
- Meet quality, productivity, attendance, compliance, and customer experience expectations in a remote call center environment.
- Maintain privacy, confidentiality, and healthcare service standards while working from home.
- Pay: $15.00 per hour.
- Full‑time, direct hire position.
- Work‑from‑home opportunity.
- Paid twice per month.
- Hours of operation are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM CST.
- Open 7 days per week.
- Must work Saturday or Sunday each week.
- Must be available to work a 40‑hour schedule within operating hours.
- No part‑time opportunities are available.
- Training includes 16 days of virtual classroom training and 5 days of live‑call training.
- 100% attendance is required during training.
- Ongoing coaching and development are provided.
- Support inbound healthcare customer service calls related to prescription benefits and pharmacy services.
- Research eligibility, coverage, claims, authorizations, billing, payment, and medication delivery questions.
- Document customer interactions accurately while meeting call center quality and productivity standards.
- Use multiple computer systems to resolve issues and provide clear information to customers, pharmacies, and providers.
- 3 to 5 years of customer service, call center, healthcare support, pharmacy support, or related experience preferred for success in this role.
- Ability to work full time from home in a structured call center environment.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and problem‑solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to document information accurately.
- Dependable attendance and ability to meet training, schedule, quality, and productivity expectations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow healthcare privacy and compliance standards.
- Professional, patient, and service‑focused approach when assisting customers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
- Previous experience in a healthcare, pharmacy, prescription benefits, insurance, or medical customer service environment.
- Prior remote call center experience.
- Familiarity with claims, eligibility, authorizations, billing, or prescription benefit terminology.
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and solution‑focused in a high‑volume inbound call environment.
