We are excited to expand our team with passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our remote contact center supporting Pittman & Davis and Hale Groves
– two beloved specialty food and gift brands that bring joy to customers across the country every season.

• Assist customers by placing orders and answering product questions
• Maintain a calm, professional tone and deliver excellent service from your home workspace
• Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and a positive customer experience

• Must live in Texas and be able to travel to our headquarters to pick up equipment
• Reliable internet connection (25 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up minimum)
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace
• Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Friendly, professional attitude
• Availability to work weekends as needed
• Due to the short nature of our seasonal window, time off is generally not available during peak season (November–January). Applicants should be prepared to work all scheduled shifts during this time.

• Company-provided equipment (computer, monitor, headset, keyboard, mouse, ethernet cord)
• 4 days of paid remote training to set you up for success
• Thorough brand and product knowledge so you feel confident from day one
• Real-time support once you’re working remotely
• Regular check-ins and coaching
• Clear escalation procedures so you’re never left without support
• A connected, encouraging team culture- even while working from home

• Schedules will vary, will include some weekend shifts
• Must be available for 4 days of training prior to start
