New York Psychotherapy and Counseling Center (NYPCC) is seeking a fully remote Call Center Representative fluent in English and Spanish. The role involves handling inbound calls, scheduling and follow-ups, and triaging inquiries with care.
Training will be conducted in person at the Bronx clinic before transitioning to remote work. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a fast-paced call center, a high school diploma, and proficiency in MS Office.
