Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Solutions Representative to join their fully remote team, supporting customers across various regions, including those near East London . This role is centered on providing exceptional problem-solving and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, expertly handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through solutions.
