Remote & Coverage Agent

A large part of this position happens through conversation. You'll connect with individuals who are considering benefit and coverage options, find out what matters to them, and help them understand the choices available.

Rather than giving everyone the same information, you'll tailor each discussion to the person's questions and circumstances. When they decide to move ahead, you'll assist with the application and enrollment process.

The position is fully remote and includes product training, practical instruction, and ongoing access to support.

• Conduct phone conversations regarding benefit and coverage options
• Learn about each person's current needs and priorities
• Review suitable coverage choices
• Explain policy information and answer questions
• Discuss costs and important coverage considerations
• Assist clients with applications and enrollment
• Reconnect with people who need additional information
• Maintain clear records of conversations and follow-up
