- Engage with customers via email and outbound telephone to establish rapport and gather information
- Educate customers and loan officers on next steps for mortgage files
- Input data into computer systems and disposition files based on customer interest
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers achieve financial goals
Compensation &
Schedule:
- Pay is $17 per hour plus benefits
- Remote position with availability for Pacific Time schedule starting between 5am-9:45am PST
- Overtime and weekend Saturday rotation required
