Customer Experience Specialist

Alegra is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to support customers using our cloud based business solutions. In this role, you will help customers resolve questions, understand our platform, and have a positive experience throughout their relationship with Alegra.

This is a fully remote position for someone who communicates clearly, enjoys solving problems, and is comfortable working with digital tools in a collaborative environment.

• Respond to customer questions through approved support channels.
• Provide clear and accurate information about Alegra's products and services.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate resolutions when additional support is required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer needs efficiently.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and share useful feedback with the appropriate teams.
• Support customer adoption and effective use of Alegra's platform.
• Follow established customer service procedures and quality standards.

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, customer support, customer experience, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and problem solving abilities.
• Comfortable learning and using cloud based software and digital communication tools.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests and priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
• Experience supporting SaaS or technology products is a plus.
