Client Support Representative

The Kenswick Partners is recruiting a Client Support Representative on behalf of one of our client companies. In this full-time remote role, you are the main point of contact for the company's business customers. You answer their questions, resolve issues, and keep each account in good standing.

This role suits someone who communicates clearly, stays calm when a customer needs help, and likes seeing a request through to the finish. The Kenswick Partners manages the application and interview process for this role.

• Respond to customer questions by phone, email, and chat
• Look into account and service issues and see each one through to resolution
• Record every interaction accurately in the customer record system
• Bring complex issues to the right team and follow up with the customer
• Share recurring questions and customer feedback with the team
• Meet service standards for response time and quality

• Experience in customer service or client support
• Clear, friendly written and spoken communication
• Accurate typing and comfort working in several software tools at once
• Dependable attendance and follow-through
• A quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed internet
• Authorization to work in the United States
