Maven Clinic is seeking a Senior Associate for the Resolution Response Team to own end-to-end resolution of complex member escalations. This role acts as a Tier 2 senior owner to ensure timely, accurate resolutions while protecting Maven, its clients, and its members.
The position is non-exempt, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET with occasional weekend coverage. You’ll collaborate across departments to drive improvements and maintain high-quality service recovery.
