• Independent Work Ethic: Proven ability to be a self-starter . You manage your schedule effectively, absorb new information quickly, and reliably achieve performance metrics.

• Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and listening skills, maintaining a professional, friendly, and clear demeanor on every interaction.

• Commitment: Must be available for a minimum of 20 hours per month (opportunity for increased hours based on need and performance).
