Planning Coordinator

We're looking for motivated, personable individuals who enjoy helping others and have strong communication and customer service skills. In this opportunity, you'll assist clients in planning and booking vacations, cruises, hotels, resorts, and a variety of travel experiences tailored to their needs.

No previous travel industry experience is necessary. You'll receive comprehensive training, ongoing guidance, and the resources you need to confidently develop your skills and be successful.

• Assist clients with booking vacations, cruises, hotels, resorts, tours, and other travel arrangements
• Research travel options based on client preferences and budgets
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the booking process
• Stay informed about supplier promotions and special offers
• Maintain accurate booking information and client records
  
  Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service
• Work independently while receiving ongoing team support

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using a computer, smartphone, and online tools
