Pay Rate: $24/hr
Work Mode: Remote
Location: Must live in California Summary:
- Schedule:
Flexible shifts between 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, based on business needs.
- Work from a home office to support dental insurance customers as a Customer Care Advocate.
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or email, providing excellent service for insurance products or benefit plans.
- Research requests regarding product aspects, policy provisions, claim status, and basic procedures.
- Efficiently process transactions and refer requests for policy modifications to appropriate areas, ensuring completion.
- Enhance customer relationships using effective communication, listening skills, and empathy.
- Access and navigate multiple electronic systems for complete and integrated customer responses.
- Maintain professionalism and high-quality service skills in all interactions.
- Reside in the state of California.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable high-speed wired Ethernet Internet (100 MBPS download, 20 Mbps upload). Wifi is not compatible.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a remote Call Center Customer Service role.
- Ability to navigate across multiple computer monitors and programs (including Salesforce, Word, Excel, and Outlook) while conversing with a customer.
- Minimum 2 years of Call Center or Customer Service Representative experience.
- Strong computer/keyboard skills with efficient typing ability.
- Experience in handling dental or other types of insurance products.
- Prior experience in a dental office.
- Superb listening and professional oral communication skills to inspire trust and accountability.
- Previous experience with Salesforce is a plus.
