Gallagher is seeking a remote call center representative to support our sales team as a frontline contact. This temporary position handles inbound calls, transfers to the right queues, and follows scripted guidance to generate opportunities while meeting QA standards.
Required:
1+ year customer service, strong typing, and basic computer skills; 1–2 years in call center sales with a proven remote-work track record. Shifts are 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm EST.
