Customer Support Agent; Fully Remote

• We're looking for a Customer Support Agent who genuinely cares about people and turns questions into positive experiences.
• You'll be one of the main points of contact for customers, helping with subscriptions, orders, accounts, and general questions.

• Handle inbound and outbound communications primarily by phone (60%) and email (40%).
• Manage customer accounts, billing, and shipping using Zoho CRM and ERP systems.
• Work closely with Logistics, Marketing, and IT to resolve issues and improve customer experience.

• At least 1 year of customer support experience, excellent English skills (C1+), and basic Hebrew is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, plus a proactive attitude.

• Remote-first, full-time position with working hours Sunday-Thursday 6PM-20AM Israel time.
• 24 paid vacation days per year.
• Cooperation under a B2B contract or employment in Israel.
