Virtual Leisure Assistant

We're looking for organized, service-focused individuals to help clients coordinate leisure plans, reservations, and experience-related details from home.

As a Virtual Leisure Assistant
, you'll support clients with research, scheduling, confirmations, and trip details involving accommodations, activities, transportation, dining, and other leisure arrangements.

Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Communicate with clients about preferences and requests
• Research leisure and reservation options
• Coordinate schedules and confirmations
• Organize activity, accommodation, and transportation details
• Provide updates and follow up on pending items
• Assist with changes or special requests
• Maintain accurate client records

• Strong communication and organization skills
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable follow-through
• Comfort researching information online
• Ability to manage multiple requests
• Comfort working independently
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Adaptability when plans change

Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
