Call Center Agent; Fully Remote

• Answer and track incoming calls in a high-volume environment.
• Prepare accurate, detailed reports and document information per procedures.
• Route and upscale calls appropriately and conduct database research.

• 3+ years of call center experience and proficiency with telephony systems and CRMs.
• Strong written and verbal communication and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Word, and able to work independently.
• Fully remote role with flexibility to work from home.
• Supported by collaborative tools and a global team.
