Transcarent is seeking an Intake Coordinator to support Members seeking surgical care and related benefits. This role is remote with a schedule Monday–Friday, evenings across US time zones. You will educate members, convert leads to care experiences, and route calls to appropriate clinicians or teams.
Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service or sales, strong communication, and proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Confidential data handling and teamwork are essential.
