- Act swiftly and transparently to resolve concerns, prioritizing families.
What You'll Do:
- Support parents via phone, text, email, chat, video, and social media.
- Triage and respond to parent requests using the help ticketing system.
- Advise parents on building education schedules and document interactions.
About You:
- Extremely detail-oriented, kind, and highly organized with a patient disposition.
- Exceptional communication skills; comfortable engaging directly with families.
- Familiar with Google products; flexible during Pacific Time business hours.
