This role develops visual products that enhance analytic content, integrates graphics with text and multimedia elements, and collaborates with analysts to convey complex intelligence findings effectively. The Graphics Specialist supports high-visibility intelligence products through professional design techniques and ensures visual materials align with analytic intent and presentation standards.

• Develop graphics or visual products for analytic or technical audiences
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts
• Support document layout and visual presentation

• At least eight (8) years of experience relevant to the labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last two (2) years
• Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or university

• Develops graphic and layout solutions to support intelligence products
• Integrates visual elements with analytic content
• Applies professional design techniques to enhance communication
• Collaborates effectively with analysts and production teams

• Above market fixed salary or hourly pay.
• Up to $10,000 bonus for each referral.
