This is a full‑time role for an experienced Interior Design PM who enjoys leading projects while collaborating closely with designers, leadership, and clients. You’ll be part of a people‑first, design‑forward team that values communication, flexibility, and showing up for one another—both inside and outside the studio.

• Lead all phases of interior design projects from planning through execution
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and construction teams
• Visit job sites and manage project execution to stay on schedule and within budget

• Oversee space planning, ceiling design, and code reviews
• Collaborate with the design team to translate client needs into functional, thoughtful interiors
• Support furniture selection and coordination (experience is a plus, not required)
• Work closely with designers, leadership, and project teams
• Contribute to a supportive, detail‑driven, and collaborative studio culture
• Mentor team members and share knowledge across the studio

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design
• 8+ years of experience (10+ years preferred, not required)
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and time‑management skills
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, Office, and Power Point
• NCIDQ certification and/or a master’s degree is a plus, not mandatory
• Confidence working with clients, consultants, and construction teams
